The Institut Hôtelier «César Ritz» is located on Lake Geneva in a magnificent building that dates back to the early 1900’s. Today, this fully renovated building comprises classrooms, a library, resource room and an IT lab. The kitchen, bar and service facilities are designed to develop the practical and professional skills required for hands-on food and beverage management. Le Bouveret is the «César Ritz» centre of professional excellence in hospitality and management training.

School Campus: There are 2 campus : Le Bouveret-Institut Hotelier in Geneva(French speaking region) and University Centre in Brig(German speaking region); Le Bouveret-Institut Hotelier is equipped with student dormitory; however, the tuition centre and dormitory in University Centre are quite far away, and due the limited number of rooms, student might required to rent apartment outside the school campus.
